This training course is based on the compliance requirements placed on Trainer Courses Ltd by the Food Safety Act of 1990; a variety of food safety/hygiene regulations including those introduced in 2006; and the Food Information for Consumers Regulation. The requirements placed on the company by the above requirements and CQC Standards have been used as reference points for this training course.
Apart from ensuring compliance with the above, the training course is useful in assisting Health & Social Care Diploma candidates with the various elements of their learning.
Target Population: All staff
Course Duration: Theory = 3 Hours (Level 1) 4 to 5 Hours (Level 2)
Certification: Upon successful completion of the session.
Number of Participants: 12 Maximum.
