This training course is based on the compliance requirements placed on Trainer Courses Ltd by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The policies/procedures introduced and actions to comply with GDPR taken by the recipient organisation where training is delivered must be received by Tehy Home Care Trainers at least 1 week prior to the course start date.
This training pack is designed as awareness for employees and those implementing the requirements of GDPR.
The GDPR Legislation refers to fines in Euros therefore this is stated within the training materials. Until the regulations change to sterling this will remain.
Target Population: All staff who may require GDPR Awareness Training.
Course Duration: Theory = 3 Hours (Level 1) or 4 Hours (Level 2)
Certification: Upon successful completion of the session
Number of Participants: 12 Maximum
