This training course is based on the compliance requirements placed on Trainer Courses Ltd by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations to manage stress in the workplace. The requirements placed on the company by the above requirements have been used as reference points for this training course.
The trainer pack is useful in helping
business owners, managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees to recognise
that policies and working procedures can, if managed well, reduce stress in the
workplace.
The training course also looks at how
stressful situations can happen in normal life experiences.
Level 2 of the training course also helps
those in authority to discuss how they can implement controls and where they
can get additional information to manage stress within their organisation.
Please note: We recommend that trainers
have access to any policies, procedures and risk assessments relating to stress
management in the organisation where they are training and that these are sent
to Tehy Trainer at least 1 week prior to course commencing.
Target Population: All staff
Course Duration: Theory = 3 Hours (Level 1) 4 to 5 Hours (Level 2)
Certification: Upon successful completion of the session.
