These relationships/partnerships have been built over the years this way we have gotten to know each other and build trust along the way. It has also enabled us to learn how they work in the effectiveness of their delivery, what they provide and monitor the outcomes as well.
Direct Employment
For clients who wish to employ care and support staff directly, our human resource professionals work with the client and family directly. This, of course, forms part of our robust approach in providing support to our clients and their needs.
We, however, understand that it can be a bit daunting and complex to choose care directly, that is why we provide complex care packages to our clients and families.
