The clinical care at home service can include patients with more severe conditions or those with long-term conditions. As part of the specialised service, this type of homecare can entail dispensing or delivering medication to our client’s home. It can also be accompanied by nursing services or the treatment of higher acuity patients with virtual wards.
Clinical homecare also helps to improve the patient’ experience as it comes with more comfort and convenience associated with the care, a patient enjoys a more seamless journey in their recovery and greater control over treatment.
