What is a disability?

This is a condition that may restrict the mental, sensory or mobility functions of a person, meaning that they may be unable to perform some actions or do things differently from the mainstream of society. With some form of alteration or adaptation, however, they can find a way to assist them or overcome the effects of the disability.

Certain disabilities can present some challenges such as moving, cleaning, cooking or it might be hard to use the toilet without assistance.

Disability home care

While at the comfort of your home, we will help match you up with care workers who are well-suited to fit in with your lifestyle and interests. Our care workers who are specially trained are experienced in working with people living with disabilities. Depending on the needs, they can be there with you for a few hours or provide live-in support with 24-hour supervision.

They can help to;

• Accompany the client to appointments
• Domestic activities
• Use the bathroom, with lifting and transferring and washing

While providing support and care, our trained care workers will also preserve the dignity of the client and respect their needs.
