This training course is based on the compliance requirements placed on Trainer Courses Ltd by the Health & Safety at Work (Etc.) Act of 1974, Equality Act 2010; Mental Capacity Act 2005 and associated code of practice; Mental Health Act 2007 and Code of Practice; Human Medicines Regulations 2012; Autism Act; Human Rights Act, Care Act and requirements placed on healthcare employers by industry standards. These requirements have been used as reference points for this training course

Apart from ensuring compliance with the
above, the training course is useful in assisting Health & Social Care
Diploma candidates with the various elements of their learning.

Target Population: All staff who may require Person-Centred Care Training.
Course Duration: Theory = 3 Hours
Certification: Upon successful completion of the session questionnaires.
