This training course is based on the compliance requirements placed on Trainer Courses Ltd by the Health & Safety at Work (Etc.) Act of 1974; Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1992; and requirements also placed on employers and employees by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Equality Act 2010, Mental Health Act 2007, Children Act 1969 and the Care Act 2014. These requirements have been used as reference points for this training course

Apart from ensuring compliance with the above, the trainer pack is useful in assisting a variety of QCF candidates with the various elements of their learning.

Target Population: All staff who may be called upon to undertake to undertake personal care in the course of their duties.
Course Duration: Theory = 3 Hours.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the session questionnaire and practical elements.
Number of Participants: 12 Maximum.
